"A perfect hotel for a Ryokan experience with incredible staff."

"I thought the property was very nice inside with the use of traditional Japanese styles of the tatami rooms and comfortable beds as well as the sliding rice paper doors. It had a great shower room, which could be used like a Onsen with a deep soaking tub and short stool with bucket. But even with these traditional styles, you could’ve easily taken a standup shower. Washer and dryer worked great. Kitchen is well equipped. Breakfast was delivered promptly every morning, however, might recommend...

"I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt House Tokyo Shibuya. The room had both a washing machine and a small kitchen, which made it incredibly convenient for families traveling with children. Having the ability to do laundry and prepare simple meals made our stay much more comfortable, especially when traveling with a little one. The hotel’s location in Shibuya was also very convenient for getting around Tokyo. Overall, it was a very pleasant and family-friendly stay, and I would happily recommend it...

"This hotel was very welcoming and so clean (it just opened at the time of this review). Upon check-in we were greeted by very friendly staff and were offered tea and coffee while checking in. The room was very clean and nice. Only concern was there was no iron or steamer in the room, but I imagine you can ask the hotel to provide one at check-in. Otherwise I would highly recommend! Location is right across from Ebisu station which is one stop away from Shibuya (7 min train ride). "

"Always a great place to stay for my husband and I in a quiet but accessible part of Tamachi. We've stayed there three times because of the ease of location, and really kind staff. We stayed in one of the newer renovated King Size Superior Room suites and the bathroom was lovely. Will return in the future!"
