"Location was excellent. I would stay again just for that. 20mins by train from Haneda and JR line is right there makes for convenient travel. We made use of the Laundry facilities it was reasonable for hotel facilities and they had lots of machines. We had a corner room on the main tower. Rooms were clean and relatively large for Japanese standard. We manage to find room for 1 large and 1 medium luggage. The rooms are dated as per most reviews have stated. There are some stains in the hallway carpet. And I noticed a patch to fix damaged carpet in our room also. This does not bother us. We opted out the breakfast. We just visited the 7-11 on the second floor for breakfast everyday. Staff was helpful at check in and when I wanted to send an Amazon order to our room. They helped me filled out the delivery address. Pick up was also easy. Overall I recommend the Shinagawa Prince hotel. Yes it is dated and need some renovations but if you are not picky about your room not being in the latest trendy style and just need a clean room and convenience this hotel is for you."

"I had a pleasant stay at Ebisu hotel, first of all the property is new renovation. The room size is standard for Japan hotel. We stay in deluxe twin which amazingly able to fit washing machine, refrigerator, microwave and food prep area + sink. Our bathroom has a bath tub and shower area The front desk staffs are very attentive. Thank you to Yuki and Royce who were able to help me translate English on the phone because I had a problem with the other hotel reservations. I am so grateful. I did not do try to hotel breakfast due to our schedule but everything look really good There is no full service housekeeping but the hotel will refresh towels and empty trash if you put the sign outside the room. But that’s all we really needed. The location is great 3 mins walk from Ebisu station, so close that we can see the station from our hotel There are some small amenities facial cleanser, face lotion, come razor disposable washcloth at the lobby area. I would definitely come back"

"Great hotel. Aesthetic design. Friendly international staff. Amazing breakfast - very worth it. We booked one of the smaller rooms. The small rooms are oppressively tiny. No space for anything including walking. You can barely open the door without bumping into the bed. An extra foot in each direction and some wall hooks would make a lot of difference. The bed is comfortable and overall we had a great stay…. But the size of the room is shocking when you first walk in. No space for luggage but you can store luggage at the reception. "
