"I booked into the Presidential suite for 3 nights but stayed for 1 (23 June). Not even close to 5 star. The room door did not lock from the outside, the bathroom tap had a leak and when I tried to close the bathroom door it did not close fully, the TV remote from the room next door was controlling my TV so I could not relax and watch TV, the bed was very noisy and you could also clearly hear the conversations and TV from the room next door. There were a lot of people staying over. Unfortunately I had to ask the people in room next to me to close their door, as they made a considerable noise. (The doors faced each other.)
It is not the owners fault, but I don't think that I should manage that either.
