“We had a wonderful stay in the ground-floor studio at Ballas Apartments. The courtyard is amazing, and the views looking across Agia Effimia harbour are absolutely incredible. ​Stavros was an exceptional, genuinely helpful host who went above and beyond at all times to ensure we had the best holiday. Location-wise, it’s ideal—we easily drove to Assos and Fiskardo in around 40 minutes. The drive from the airport is straightforward, but a hire car is essential for exploring. “I recently stayed one night at Tetra Retreat and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is newly opened and everything was impeccably clean. My room was very spacious, with two twin beds and a private pool at the back, which made for a relaxing stay. The beds were comfortable, and the water pressure and temperature in the shower were perfect. I also enjoyed an excellent massage during my visit. As the hotel is still new, the sauna and steam room were not yet ready for guests. My only suggestion...

“Beautiful location. Nothing nearby as far as restaurants go so a car is ideal. They have a shuttle few times a day that you pay one way for. There is a small pebble beach which is really gorgeous for a swim and snorkel right by the parking lot. Breakfast is nice, lots of choices. Coffee machine worked by the third day but was quite slow for the amount of people wanting coffee. So that was a little backed up every time. They had a few kettles with black coffee but only one espresso coffee...

Draußen konnten wir uns auf der Terrasse entspannen, hatten einen großen Esstisch und genossen den Duft der Jasminbüsche. Der Besitzer Stavros ist sehr um das Wohlergehen seiner Gäste bemüht. “Very friendly staff, clean rooms and a gorgeous setting. The views are breathtaking taking. Very conveniently located to a public beach which is a really good beach, we visited frequently. The hotel is well located near the main town and lots of local restaurants. I would highly recommend staying here, you will not be disappointed.”

“The hotel is in a great location! The room was nice and we had reserved a room with a Seaview. I definitely think its worth the extra money to upgrade. The lobby and breakfast area was lovely. Most importantly the staff was kind and helpful. I'm sure they get lots of questions and requests all day and every day, however that did not deter them from being very kind and patient with my questions. There is also parking at this hotel which is wonderful for those that have a vehicle.”

“Suxh a warm welcome at Dina Apartments. Lovely clean apartment with all the facilities needed for a self catering stay. Close to Argostoli a good location to use as a base but would recommend having the use of a car. Supermarket is less than a 5 minute walk.”
