“The room was very clean and the food in both restaurants was delicious. I loved the pool area with swim-up bar and different hot spring pools. The activities on the property are fun too - zip lining, horse riding, and river tubing. ”

The dinner and breakfast was prepared for us by wonderful staff, and they catered for vegan, vegetarian and carnivores in our family group, including our 2-yr old grandson. “L'hôtel est comme à l'abandon. Tant que des travaux ne sont pas faits, ne surtout pas y aller. Nous avons été en février 2026 et avons dû écourter notre séjour tellement c'était horrible. ”

“The staff was amazingly friendly, the food was wonderful and the only problem was in the steep climb to our room! A staff member took my bag to the room for me so all I had to do was get up there myself (luckily) I am sure younger people would not have a problem.”

“I tried contacting the property for a pickup but Liberia was in the midst of a rain storm and all their power was out. So taxied out and found my room was ready & waiting. Everything was clean and comfortable, the power was back on in about an hour and the restaurant opened. The food was great, quite tasty. This hotel is convenient to Liberia airport and a great inexpensive option when flying out the next day.”

“The window in the room is frosted which IMO is absurd, especially in a place as beautiful as CR. I asked for a different room and was told all the rooms have just one window that is completely frosted. I don't mind a small room, but a small room without an actual window isn't tolerable for me. I asked for a refund and was told no, so I said I would post this bad review. They responded with a sarcastic, "Thanks". I found a much, much better place to stay even though I had to pay their bill.
