Very clean hotel in a great central location with easy access to public transportation in a very walkable area. Staff was friendly and helpful. The only downside was that the mattresses were too hard. The tv worked fine but has limited channels with no access to Netflix or other streaming services. Great for budget minded travelers looking to get more out of the city.

The staff was incredible, the hotel was gorgeous with the picturesque courtyard and the location was perfect for walking around and exploring.

Ac not adequate to cool room. Loud music all night

I liked almost everything; the hotel is small but very cozy, and located not far from the city center, 5 minutes from the Independence Monument. Surprisingly, the cleaning was done every day, the breakfasts offered a wide variety of choices, and the staff were very friendly.
