"Our stay was excellent. My wife and I stayed here before and will stay again in the future. The only suggestion we have is with regards to the balcony door and the bedroom window. The balcony door is a very challenging operation to open. Something should be correct as regards the locking mechanism. The bedroom window, which I understand is what it is, but the window was a poor choice for a bedroom window. The window only opens slightly allowing very little airflow. Other than these two items, we very much enjoyed our stay."

"We didn't have dogs but there sure were a lot there if you're a dog person. And if you're not, you might want to consider that. We enjoyed the steam sauna and dry sauna each day. Coffee and tea in the lobby was also very nice. The staff was especially helpful including Mario and Anna."

"Amazing prices and great location right next to Grocery Outlet and the main road in Mammoth. Hotel is a little older but the rooms are huge and cleaned well. Free Breakfast is great, basic but you have all that you need. No facilities to speak of but a great stay nonetheless."

"The first room I was in had public looking like hair on the bed that was visible immediately. I went to the front desk to let them know and ask for another room. At this point I was holding four bags that I had already walked up and down the stairs with and asked for a luggage cart. An elevator was out of order. The valet seemed confused even though my hands were clearly full and there were several available carts. I ended up not getting a cart and putting my belongings on the floor which bothered me but I couldn’t hold it any longer while I waited in line at reception. When I went to checkout I let them know I hadn’t been emailed a bill as I was texted that I would. A women came up to reception who had overheard and said she had personally sent the bill and I was wrong. I told her I checked my spam and I didn’t have an email. She kept asserting she had emailed me and was defensive. Come to find out when the actually front desk attendant helps, it was the wrong email even though they had had me write it down when I checked in and it was just my first and last name. I come to mammoth about a dozen times a year and would not stay here again. Horrible service"

"We had a 3 night stay, the room was clean but the hallways were dirty and smelled like a combination of food and wet carpet. The room had a completely broken window screen. We asked for a different room but they did not have one available so i borrowed tape from the front desk and taped it off. The second day the handyman was fixing something in another room at around 11 and turned off the water completely leaving my husband in the shower with soap on for 20 minutes. We called the front desk but no one answered .I had to go down and ask what is happening and why no one tells the people who are staying there. We will probably never stay there again , its the weakest Best Western we have ever been to:( The staff at the front desk was nice just seemed unaware of events such as main water turn off happening."

"When my wife and I arrived at the location, we right away saw how clean and family oriented the lodge was . The staff were amazing and they were always there for you. The condo where we stayed was very clean and very roomy . Will definitely be looking forward to our next trip there"

"This is definitely a “no frills “ property. But decent value for money. The man running it was very nice and friendly. This was just an overnight on a longer road trip. It was clean enough. Quiet and convenient."
