"The bathroom basin plug had been left on the side of the bathroom unit, we assume to be cleaned as was full of hair and dirt. Unfortunately it had not been cleaned, probably an oversight. Other than that everything was clean. The only other minor niggle. Full length curtains, hung in a recessed window meant they overhung the windowsill so light was let in at either side. With lighting on outside the hotel the room was very bright. We will definitely come back here, the staff were really helpful, But we will bring sleeping masks ‘just in case’ "

"From start to visit this stay was fantastic. Staff couldn’t do any more to make sure we had a good stay, and was evening friendly with my daughter keeping entertained letting her help print cards ect. Already rebooked for the next time we are in London."

"Did it use 'business facilities'. Shops I would want to use were not nearby. Tried onsite cafe and did not want to use again.Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Room not cleaned properly. Cost was overvalued."

"Breakfast was good and cooked fresh. The floor boards in the room were very noisy and springy. The hotel was in a good position for our needs for travel on the underground, also in a nice area."
