"We came for a memorial service and our whole family came down with norovirus the next day after arrival. 20 of us after using the pool and facilities and eating in the great room. The eggs and biscuits and gravy were burned and re-used Saturday morning. Looks like they were left out or reheated for days. By synday morning we were all deathly sick. Called the MN dept of health and reported it."

"Woman at front desk spoke very softly, and it was hard to hear her even when she was asked to speak louder. We didn’t know about the $60 hold. The room was clean and comfortable with good tv stations. WiFi was so-so. Common areas could use updating and continental breakfast was basic. Nobody seemed to be available at checkout."

"Very pleased with how clean the room, lobby and pool/hot tub were. Breakfast was fine. Location was good. The pull-out sofa bed mattress was uncomfortable (I know they all are, but you could feel every spring). And what is with the tiny "European" pillows these days? Overall, it's a good hotel."
