"I liked nearly everything about the Hu Hotel. The only thing that let it down was the water in my room. It was scalding hot, even from the cold tap, which made it impossible to have a shower. A wash in the sink once the water had cooled in the basin was my only option. I reported this on day one but, despite apparently sending an engineer to look, it didn’t change. The room itself was lovely (but avoid 605 unless you want a boiling hot shower), the staff were really personable and friendly and the roof top bar was excellent, but a shower is kind of a basic requirement, so I had to dock stars."

"Do not stay here pulled up two cops on premises got to my room it was dirty one light blown out shower dirty stain on blanket checked out due to these conditions no manager to talk to no maintenance person refused to give refund or make it right no manager ever there I guess her name is sue was traveling with a minor had to leave for these reason "
