"Beautiful view. It has a .6 mile walk down cobble stone steps to the ferry. So be prepared to walk. But very doable and worth it! Loved our stay! "

"The property would have been great only if they picked up our luggage from the bus port. It is high up in the mountain, very difficult to drag your luggage. Not enough warning provided as to how difficult it would be to take your baggage. No taxi, no pick up, I saw other guests who almost cried, dragging their luggage up to the hotel often on narrow oncoming traffic."

"Very clean room, kind staff, good breakfast, stunning view from the dining area. The hotel is located next to the ferry dock which is very convenient. My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and we loved it. Great hotel and great peaceful location. "

"Loved the hotel close to ferry and bus stop is a 7 min walk however the ferry schedule is very limited so you need to plan accordingly as not all routes stop at San Giovanni. Hotel is not in Bellagio"
