"This property was fantastic! The staff was super friendly and very helpful. This hotel offers shuttle service which was a lifesaver that takes you near the ferry. The food at this hotel was also very delicious, everything was fresh and they had a great variety of choices. They upgraded our room and the view was breathtaking! "The property is a little smaller than what is pictured but the outside area is the exact same. The bedroom downstairs is pretty small and so is the kitchen area. There are 3 homes on the property so you will have a neighbor. However this property has good shops and restaurants within walking distance. The ferry is also a 5 minute walk from the property so its easy to get around lake como. The property is great for content. "

"We had an amazing stay. We booked the lake view room and it’s beautiful. The family who run the hotel are very kind and the service is unmatched. They went the extra mile to help us during our stay. Rooms were cleaned daily, good breakfast. They have dinner options at the hotel and there is also a restaurant close by - just be mindful of the closing times. It’s a bit of a walk from the main street (where there are restaurants and the ferry stop) to the hotel but the hotel can book a taxi for you. There is also a list of phone numbers they provide if you want to call one yourself. I would recommend a taxi if have luggage. Overall I 100% recommend this hotel. "

"Great views of the lake and mountain. Quiet area. Clean and all amenities included. There's a bus which you can take to see nearby tourist cities. Only thing to be mindful is that there are flights of stairs you have to walk up to get to the apartment."

"Lovely hotel and grounds. We had a room on the 3rd floor with two balconies affording us stellar views of the mountains and lake. The rearward facing balcony was quiet and peaceful. We through the doors open and had a lovely breeze all evening. The pool is lovely and there were plants of lounge chairs for reading and relaxing + two showers. We don’t eat at the hotel but great coffee is just down the street and there are a few restaurants in either direction. Beds we comfy, albeit twins. Altogether a lovely property."
