“The pool lounger system is the one major flaw here, and it needs fixing. Guests go out around breakfast, leave belongings on loungers, and effectively reserve them for the entire day - often while the loungers sit empty for hours. At peak times, this creates long queues, and you can expect to wait 1-2+ hours for a lounger (even though many sit empty) simply because others are hoarding spots. Management needs to enforce a clear time limit for unattended loungers and stop guests from “saving”...

But else the stay was not worth its money. The pictures on hotels.com are from a few years ago and do not show the current state of the room(s). Try to avoid this place if possible.”

“One of the nicest hotels I think I’ve ever stayed at, and the staff went above and beyond to help. My husband left his sunglasses in the restaurant and while we were waiting for the ferry they actually sent them down with a shuttle for him, which was so helpful because we were going to Bellagio for a couple days. The pool is stunning. It was so nice. There’s very few places with pools there so it was great to sit out there in the afternoon. It was so hot. We didn’t eat there so I’m not sure...

“This hotel does not have much of amenities. They offer a Buffett breakfast which we did not purchase. They have no restaurant or pool. But the location is everything. We had the most beautiful view of Menaggio and the plaza has everything Menaggio offers. The room was modern, well kept and clean. There is NO public beach in Menaggio outside a horrible area where the locals park their RVs and it does not look safe. You need to pay and reserve a day at Victoria’s Beach, a superb renovated...
