"Room spacious if sparsely furnished, but everything you might need. Beds comfortable. Bathroom spotless, water hot. Staff very friendly and helpful, great breakfast, coffee available 24/7 in the lobby for just 1 Euro. Fantastic location, 5 minute walk from railway station and airport bus stop. Choice of excellent restaurants just a short walk across the Piazza Gariboldi. Would definitely stay here again. Can't fault it, we even had a roof top terrace overlooking the Piazza!"

"Brilliant value for money - clean, spacious room, huge roof top with view (ok, the area is ‘gritty’ but then most areas around train stations in Italy are like this), helpful staff. Very basic breakfast but it’s not pretending to be upscale! Easy walk to the Centro historico. Well priced steak house / burger restaurant literally around the corner serving delicious food (Il Piastrato)."

"We were blown away at the service this hotel provided! The staff was amazing from front desk, food/breakfast area, cleaning crew to getting help with where to go and how to get there!!!! Do wish the bar was open......or at least opens in the future. Room clean and sufficient for our stay! "

"The staff members were wonderful. They were very helpful and friendly. On our last day we had to leave at 5:15 AM to catch a flight. Michael, the staff member on duty, was amazing. He arranged for our taxi to the airport and processed our check out quickly and professionally. The hotel was very clean and beautiful. We were disappointed that the pool was not open, but we stayed in mid-October. The breakfast was wonderful - many quality items to pick from. The location was walkable from the train station. The neighborhood was noisy, but with our window closed it did not bother us. We would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends!"
