This was one of the worst hotel experiences Iโve had. The room was dirty โ there was hair in the bed and shower, the lighting was terrible, and the odor was so bad I had to buy air freshener. Towels werenโt available when I asked, and the TV stations didnโt work.
Breakfast was minimal and disappointing. There was even a leak in the lobby, and I witnessed the front desk person run upstairs, banging on a door and yelling, โI told you no showers!โ โ completely unprofessional. When I expressed my disappointment in the quality of the hotel and my overall stay, the front desk lady just shrugged and said, โHave a nice day.โ
Between the poor cleanliness, lack of hospitality, and uncomfortable environment, I would absolutely not recommend this hotel.
