"The stay was horrible they tried to force my family to stay and pay more days than was originally stated, paid for 1 day but management was trying to get me to pay seven not goid, then they put us in a toom infested with bed bugs, and some stink bugs all over the room, aldo it was cokd the heat didn't work, the front staff had attitudes and didn't act like they wanted my family to stay they also put us out on the street and didn't care that the weather was cold and windy, bad management especially employees Jakiya and Diamond at the front may Gid have mercy on them for the way they treat people. "

"Parking was terrible, had to park around the building in the back of the hotel. Tons of people sitting outside smoking and drinking on the property. The blow dryer wasn’t working in the room: Wasn’t offered another room the maintenance person came to the room an repaired the blow dryer in the room while we were in the room for almost an hour which made me feel very uncomfortable.Then the lights went out from about 3am to 7am!!!! No apologies nor accommodations nor even an explanation! Doors slapping all night with the neighbors in/out the room. Not sure what was going on but it was way too much action in that building. Just loud and noisy both night I stayed there, The rooms are old and outdated. It doesn’t smell clean nor fresh in the rooms. I’ll never ever book with this hotel again. "

"The Hilton was amazing. The parking was safe, and the entire hotel was extremely clean. The staff was very friendly and consistently checked to ensure our needs were met."

"Everytime i come to to indiana i stay here. This time it was great untill a water pipe busted and we was out of water all day. It was the city problem. I just hated i had to spend over 50 bucks on jugs of water. Which i think the hotel should have done. But other then that, hotel is a great plaxw to stay."

"I came to Comfort Suites in Merrillville, IN to celebrate my birthday to check into my room and found it filthy. The floors had not been vacuumed, trash behind the bed, sheets looked like it had old blood stains on them, bathroom was dirty so I went to the front desk and reported the issues. The front desk clerk gave us another room and that room was nasty as well so went back downtowns and clerk gave me another room.This last room was ok but it wasn’t up to satisfactory. My cousin had a room as well and her room didn’t even have heat and needed to change room as well. The whole weekend stay at this hotel was a mess and I’m very upset and will be contacting corporate office along with sending pictures. "
