“This property needs work. Bathroom was terrible. Iron stains on everything. ”

“It takes a lot for me to leave a negative review, but I was very disappointed with this stay. My first interaction at the front desk was not welcoming, and I was given inaccurate information that made check-in more difficult than it should have been. Although other staff members were polite, the initial experience created a poor first impression. The room also did not meet basic cleanliness expectations. I took photos of the issues and shared them with staff, and I was surprised that management...

“The hotel was okay. The bed and bathroom were clean. The carpet in the room was wet. The nice employee at the desk would have given us a partial refund, but we booked it through a third party, so they couldn't. The breakfast was good, and it had a nice fitness room.”

“They gave us a room that had a guest in it. We were 3 families checking in and 2 of us were given rooms with guests in them. The pool was freezing and did not have lights. We left and asked for a refund”

“Okay place for a one night stop but the sheets were not the cleanest. My pillow case was dirty and the walls had been patched with no attempt to paint over the patch job. Otherwise fine ”

“It was a brand new. All people were kind and all were very clean. I very recommend you guys to stay here when you need to stay somewhere around this area.”

“The room smelled when I arrived found out heat and AC didn't work had toliet issues it had to be plunged several times. When you say on toliet it moved off the floor. Fridge was not cleaned properly. Blankets were not cleaned. Found a crack pipe in the grass outside on of the exit doors. My dogs got out the hotel room somehow and couldn't get help from front desk to ask them anything about what happened waited at desk for several minutes with no help. I do realize this is a budget hotel option...

“For the $200/night price tag, I expected a lot more than the $70/night accommodations. The room was modernized but looked gross in corners, and glass shelves that had dust rings and hair. The beds were pretty uncomfortable and sleep was lousy. One queen bed was up against the window so we had to climb over the bed to get to your side. Staff gave us an attitude when we needed item to use the pull out couch. And that was so uncomfortable our 70lb son didn’t hardly sleep. When they offered free...
