โBeautiful hotel, very clean, nice rooms and bathrooms, golf simulator in the lobby, beautifully presented free breakfast, ice machines also dispense water, fast elevators. Only drawback is the hotel's immediate surroundings. It is almost like it is in an industrial/business park and there are construction sites around it, so it will never have a nice view of anything. Room had a fridge, but no microwave, but we were able to have one delivered. I would definitely stay at this hotel again!โ
โOur family stayed at this property for almost two weeks. The property was clean and was taken care of. The hospitality crew were incredible and checked on us with whatever we needed. The breakfast items were available even when we were running late before Ms. Doretha closed. The taco happy hour in the afternoon was a hit for my kids. Anne had suggested more activities for the kids. Overall, I was happy with our stay and will definitely stay again!โ

"The room was more spacious than expected, and it had a refrigerator, which was very convenient. The hotel is located close to major tourist attractions and the McCormick Place convention center, making it an ideal base for both sightseeing and attending events. There are grocery stores nearby, and public transportation such as the subway and buses are easily accessible. It took less than 30 minutes to get to the airport by Uber. The staff were also very friendly and helpful."
