โMy mom and i stayed for 3 nights, so so nice, pool and terrace are perfect relaxing options. workers are super friendly especially Wallis, he was so kind and very helpful and welcoming, he gave us advice and helped us if we needed it!! very nice restaurant too, yummy food and kind workers!โ
โThis is my third time staying at this hotel. Overall, itโs generally good, but the experience can vary depending on the floor or the date. On this stay, there were some party guests in the hallway, and it was quite loud.โ
โNice and very clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Very close to bus stop (bus 20) takes you to Magnificent Mile, The Beanโฆand bus 8 took us right to Rate field for a White Sox game. Just blocks down from Randolph Aveโฆ lots of fun outdoor eateries!!
Only recommendation- donโt take a room next to elevator because youโll hear it go up and down ALL night long.โ
