“Shower would never get hot even when turned all the way up. And at 530a.m there was a fire alarm and the hitel fought to give a refund that i still have not seen 15 days later”

“Exterior of building is dated... It's next to a truck stop. Lobby and hallways and breakfast room are clean and bright. Our king bed room was wonderful with new plank flooring and a spa tub and hide a bed couch and good lighting. Combo tub/shower also. Don't let the old fashioned Super 8 sign put you off. We would definitely stay here again unless we wanted a place with a pool.”

“I don't know that I will stay here again but this has nothing to do with the staff. While we were sleeping sometime after midnight, loud music playing right outside of our room woke us up, along with cigarette smell. A men was standing right outside blasting music on his phone and smoking. We asked him if he can stop his music, which he denied he was playing. “I tend to stay there a lot not a bad place just don’t forget to take all your stuff. Gentlemen at the front desk didn’t seem very eager to help after I called about leaving my work uniform ”

“The room was clean, well designed. The lobby offered delicious snacks, a full bar, and nice lounging area. Staff was polite and attentive. Would definitely stay here again. ”

“There are many restaurants very close. The rooms were very clean and the one person that shined at this property was a Staff member that cleaned all the rooms and helped guests with all their questions. She alone is a 5 star 🌟 ”

“This was easily one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever survived. Check-in started strong with after waiting 30+ min staff telling me I didn’t even have a reservation of the room with garden tub (shoutout to Expedia for apparently having imaginary photos of rooms). After settling, we got a room that smelled like a mix of gas station weed and straight-up farts. Amenities? Questionable. The hot tub had commitment issues (half the jets didn’t work), and the “heated” pool felt like an ice bath...

“Currently under construction, so not all amenities are available at the current moment, but this hotel is great for if you just need a safe affordable place to sleep. Massive sturdy building. Probably a great place to be if there was a tornado. Every staff person i have encountered was very kind and helpful. Would recommended to anyone traveling on a budget. Good value for the price. ”
