"The Ayres Costa Mesa was an excellent value for the price. We were able to make a same-day reservation for a king junior suite. We were pleasantly surprised to find that the room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. There is ample parking. Despite the hotel's proximity to John Wayne airport, the room itself was very quiet at night. The hotel was close to where we needed to go in Orange County. The exterior of the hotel is a bit dated, but the lobby and rooms were well-maintained."
