"Hotel looked great upon arrival. After check in we noticed the phone inside the room was not working. Next no Internet wifi was available. Contacted front desk which brought a portable wifi unit which also did not work. Front desk tried to double charge us at check in. Next we went to the hotel cafa, only to learn more then half the items listed on menu were not available. "Pool was almost as advertised just wasn’t as hot as we expected. Basically room temp. Our internet was horrible. Kept kicking us off and couldn’t watch live tv because it would stop a lot. Place was beautiful and the staff was excellent. But for the price I was expecting a bit more of no hassle room issues. They do have free chauffeur service in local area and the staff was super helpful. "
