"Amazing tooms with comfortable beds. This hotel is one of the best in Tijuana. They have a pool and bars. Food is delcious. The only thing i suggest they improve is the pool sevice other tham that, the horel and staff are great. We stayed over Easter weekend and it wss alot of fun. I even had a welcome dessert in my room."

"I traveled with two kids and my husband. Overall, we had a good time. The location is beautiful right by the beach. The beach is clean no vendors harassing you. You are just steps away from the beach. Across the street from the hotel you have little stores and restaurants. as I mentioned I traveled with kids. one of the main reasons I booked at this hotel was for the kids club. The kids club is very limited not very much activities. They only open for a couple hours. Another reason why I’m giving it three star is the lack of room service staff. The staff does not really answer the phone when you try to order and they have a charge every time you order. The choices of food at the resort were OK. The food was not bad, I just wish there was more choices. Overall, it was an ok resort. "

"I liked the old school Mexican charm of this resort, being built into the rocks. However it was spread out and long confusing walk from my room to the beach I would recommend upgrading to an ocean view room.. I felt like we got good service and enjoyed the poolside lunches. My biggest complaint is that the pool water was very murky and not clear."

"Wifi was spotty and not reliable. Went to 3 different restaurants at 7:00pm and was told they were full for the night, had people waiting for tables. Some info at checkin about the process would have helped. First time at this property but wegave stayed next door at the adults only Location and it was much better service and wifi."
