When a few unexpected issues arose during my stay, Sergio didn't hide in a back office—he was right there on the frontline. ​Why this stay was a 10/10: ​Hands-on Leadership: Sergio personally ensured that every detail was taken care of. He listens, he cares, and he takes immediate action. ​Outstanding Support: It’s clear that Sergio leads by example because the entire team follows suit. The staff is attentive, professional, and genuinely welcoming. ​Problem-Solving: Even when things hit a snag, Sergio’s "outstanding support" turned a potential frustration into a seamless recovery. The pool is small, but there are nice tables outside on a patio for breakfast and working. The breakfast was typical for a hotel breakfast- adequate variety and decent quality."
