"Great property, its just massive and easy to get lost. Staff are helpful but won't go out of there way to ask you if you need help. Generally, if the hotel has space, they will upgrade your room for free.
Be wary of "Ocean View" Rooms, my room barely had a view of the ocean. Also, everything is super expensive. Room service was overpriced and the quality was just okay. The minibar is automatic which is pretty cool but a bottle of water is $12!
Overall, an iconic property. It can get loud at night with LIV Nightclub being in the hotel's lobby but definitely recommend staying at Fontainebleau Miami at least once."
