The stove needs to be repaired as some heaters are not working. Also in small things like to tighten the loose screws on the holders, handles.

Sleepeless nights !Very Loud train every 7-10 min

I usually never leave a negative feedback but someone forgot to mention that the train runs less than 50feet away over the apartment every 7-10 minutes and it is the loudest train ever . i GOT NO SLEEP if someone have had mention this before i would have never stayed there

Poor experience. The property was dirty with hair left from previous tenant The condition of the property is poor. Location is good but very noisy. I can’t understand how Expedia listed this type of property - shame. Pictures made much better than the actual condition.

Reasonable location but since the property is next to train route, it was quite noisy in the mornings. We had a small kid and needed morning rest but did not have good mornings because of train noise and the trash pick up trucks for some reason were especially loud and lasted for a long time! Finally, it was cold for many days and they didnt have a heater at home (they did have an air conditioner though), and hence I had to buy a heater. Overall reasonable experience but could have been better. Thanks

As some prior reviews said, don’t know how Expedia has this listed. Pics look nice but is very sub par. More for college guys who’s just in Miami to party and only need a place to crash after a hangover and don’t care much about the conditions. Starting, very noisy (train runs right outside so always hear it passing and can hear Neighbours next door), dirty(pet hair all over rugs and furniture which sticks to your clothes) DISHONEST cheap Host(noticed only 1 sliding shower door and place kept getting wet after bathing because other half wide open. host lied about it only having 1 door but when I stepped on shards of glass 3 times in the shower and I asked him again and showed him pics from listing he then said he was confused and how prior guest broke shower door so he’s waiting to replace; for party of 4 for 7 days only supplied 1 tiny bar of soap and 2 rolls of toilet paper and refused to give anymore), stove wasn’t working properly, supplies the minimal amount of linens, nothing extra (so if you’re thinking to book and someone might sleep on the couch or need extra towels don’t bother or be prepared to buy your own like the toiletries), cheap unadjustable blinds in bedrooms so from the time it gets bright, so do the bedrooms so if light bothers u or awakens you forget about sleeping in. Host is a polite liar, responds nicely but content are fabrications and refusals. Pics show burglar proof but front door is a hollow door that should only be used internally.
