"The public baths and amenities were AWESOME! However there were a group of tourists who didn’t know how to behave. Please READ and OBSERVE all rules before entering. If you and your family/friends are unable to do very base protocols, then stay away from public baths. Your type of inappropriate behaviours create negative emotions about tourists and will get the good tourist banned."

"No physical interaction with the staff except thru online chat. Check-in and check-out was easy, but the earliest check-in time is at 3pm and you will not be allowed to check-in anytime earlier. The room was spacious and clean."

"This is a beautiful, spacious, totally charming, traditional Japanese-style hotel. The rooms have shoji doors and tatami floors and beautiful views of the lake (at least, our rooms did). There is also a traditional Japanese onsen bath. Men and women separate, everyone naked, wash off before you get in to soak. The dinner and breakfast offered at the hotel were very simple and traditional, but the hotel had ebikes that you could rent if you wanted to go into town and find something else. The...

"Absolutely no complaints. Only complaint I have is that I should have stayed longer. The staff very helpful and treats you with lots of respect. Amenities are great and peaceful. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a great hotel with a great view of Mt. Fuji."
