"The check-in was good and quick.loved that beach chairs and umbrellas were in the room. The view from 15th floor was awesome. The beach access was awesome. Everything was clean. Had trouble with TV but they quickly came and fixed it. The beds were UNCOMFORTABLE. "

"Each room is managed by a different company. It took 5 trips to different locations for them to find me. They were rude and my booking was at the first check in spot I went too. They had no housekeeping. No clean towels. The floors were missing laminate. Showers overflowed onto the floor. Stated on web site many items within walking distance, not true. Had to Uber everywhere or if we rented a car we had to pay $45 just to park at hotel. Everything was over priced for such a poor quality...

"From the time of check in to the time we left, the experience was unpleasant. I went to check in at one address and was told I was going to stay at another. The hotel staff where we stayed were not helpful at all, they would not provide me with a hair dryer even though the one in the room didn't work. I was told to call the number of the owner of the unit and that they could not do anything to help me. I asked for some facecloths, as there were only two, they would not provide me with them. ...
