“We were told to be extra careful when we showered because the steam could trip the very sensitive fire alarm which we’d be charged $500 for if it went off. Didn’t get room service for new towels I had to ask a housekeeper to get me some. She put some on sink but didn’t bother to take old towels or take out...

“There was a gap almost an inch wide under our door to the hallway. Things were rusty, broken, and dirty. There were crumbs and dead bugs on the floor. My non dairy creamer curled in my coffee at the "continental breakfast" which was very lacking. There wasn't even any water (no hot or cold). I only stayed due to weather on or drive. Would not stay again. ”
