This place is really good for almost double the price. Good pressure, hot water shower, comfortable bed, very clean room and gronds, friendly people with solid Kentucky accents, cumberland gap water bottles available. I was surprised how nice it was.

Booked a room with a kitchen and it had no/zero POTS PANS DISHES COFFEE CUPS SILVERWARE. Not even a coffee pot Had to go to the lobby to get our 6 oz paper cup of coffee in the morning. Really??? But the room was clean and in good repair and heat worked great!

This property is no-frills, but one of the CLEANEST places we have ever stayed. While it has a small kitchenette, there are no cooking utensils, mugs, silverware, etc. If someone wants to make use of these facilities, they must bring their own cooking equipment. The staff is very nice and helpful. All we required was a clean, safe place to sleep, and this fit what we wanted.

Like another reviewer, I am not fond of motels with doors to the outside. However, she gave a good review so I decided to rent here. The room was very nice. Everything in it was fairly new and clean and no carpet. Love hard floors. Bathroom was very sparkling. Nice little kitchenette, although we didn’t use it. Breakfast was minimal, but yogurt, fruit, pastries and coffee got us going for the morning. Would stay here again.

The room was clean. Staff was prompt and kind. I didn't realize when I booked the room that the property was attached to the Econolodge. I had no need of the kitchenette and would have paid the lesser priced room on the same property.

Older property in downtown middlesboro. Exterior dated but interior completely redone and refurnished with modern furnishings and full sized appliances. Very comfortable bed. Quiet too. Ideal for extended stays. The pool is outside large and clean. Crystal blue water complete with patio furniture There is a very good mexican restaurant with liquor on site

Nice place. Bed comfortable, relatively clean...some attention to detail when sweeping floor would be needed. Found a couple dead bugs on floor. Didnt have hot water but didnt say anything was too tired. Overall not bad. Cute little town

For the price, this was a nice place to stay for 1 night in southeastern Kentucky. My room was spacious, clean, and I liked the breakfast buffet. It isn't the Ritz, but for a 1 night stopover, it worked great! The staff at the front desk was helpful and friendly too.
