“Had to wait to check I. For about 20 minutes with the agent been in front of us while o. The phone with another customer what I did not like is that he had us waiting to check in without acknowledging us or welcoming us ! The room only had 1 towel for 3 people checking in .”

“Room booked wasn’t what we were given. Had to wait 20+ minutes for them to get our room ready. Lobby smelled awful. Went to see the room, but didn’t think we’d stay anyway. Walked in and the floor was absolutely disgusting. Didn’t look like anyone had swept in months at least. Turned around and went back to the lobby. Wasn’t even asked why we wanted a refund.”

“Gym is not good, it's just a room with 2 machines. Had to switch rooms because the first one was disgusting, they didn't clean the toilets. And no one was there for me to checkout and pick up the receipt (waited 10 minutes)”

“Used a 3rd party to book my stay. Desk Clerk made it seem frowned upon to use a 3rd party booking service. I had to pay an extra $40 fee because of this for ‘incidentals’. Room was clean and served its purpose. Complimentary breakfast was ok. Nothing special. Could not find any staff to check out. Just left key card on the desk after waiting for over 15 minutes. I only booked at this hotel because it was close to the hospital where my husband was a patient. I will have to book again but...
