"I loved the fact that my room had a 2 door frig/freezer, a sink & a glass top 2burner stovetop plus a top of the line microwave. The towels were exceptionally clean and fluffy. "Pretty disappointed. Their pool was out of commission yesterday and they did not stipulate that when making the reservation nor when I checked in. I had to ask about it. I would have absolutely stayed at another one of the 10+ hotels so our girls could have swam. (They were extremely disappointed !) This has always been our #1 choice in Manhattan but will reconsider it from now on. Plus, I don’t recall them EVER charging $15.00 to park at the hotel before. No free breakfast and the Starbucks across the street has closed. Room was clean. Shower leaked into the bathroom. Bed was comfy. Tons of pillows. Good location to campus. "
