"We had to change room because the first one was not clean, in particular the dirty bathroom floor where we found bunch of hairs. I requested a changed floor, just in case... The corridor carpet outside the second0 room was covered with trash. Although this new room seemed ok, we would not trust it cleanest after these experiences.. The hotel appears to be in a noticeable state of decline due to insufficient maintenance and repair investment. Service was uneven, and staff often seemed to be learning procedures on the fly. The overall experience did not reflect the standards we expected."

The breakfast buffet was excellent, but seating was limited so we ate in our room. The elevator was slow at peak times, so we ended up using the stairways when we could. The staff were very friendly."
