"Great staff Great Hotel The hotel was booked to capacity. My family and I went to the Houston Rodeo and came back to the hotel late and found the pullout sofa had what looked like dried blood on the mattress. So all three of us had to sleep in the queen size bed. So on Saturday afternoon we went back out and came back to the hotel late again to find that they did change out the blood stained sofa mattress but did clean the room"

"Our room was dirty, hair in the bed, make up on the pillows. A condom wrapper under the head board. The head board had hand prints. The sheets and towels were stained. The sink in bathroom was clogged. No power cable for tv, tape holding batteries in on the back. Ice machine didn’t work. No juice for breakfast, no cream cheese for bagels. No soap in the dispensers chair had stains . Very unsatisfied for my first time in Texas. :( I feel I should receive a full refund our voucher for future visit. "

"The hotel is very comfortable and clean. No problems from the time of check in to check out. I wasn't able to utilize the amenities this trip but hopefully next time. Not many eateries or shops around, but again this is Houston nothing is very close together so that's fair. Definitely would stay again."
