"The hotel is beautiful to walk into, smells great, and has friendly staff - especially the kitchen staff. The room was clean and spacious with a view to the front of the hotel where the water Unfortunately there were some things that kept me from giving the fifth star. To start off, 1) don’t call the front desk from your room phone, they will not pick up even if someone is standing at the front desk working. When I walked to the front desk, I asked, “Do the room phones operate correctly? Do they actually call the front desk?” The attendant said yes they do so I informed him that I have been calling for the past 5 minutes. His only response was “oh, I’ve been here, sorry about that.” 2) We traveled while it was raining, and we had a room on the second floor… there was water dripping in from the SEALED window. We put a towel under it since it was not a fast leak and we were only there for the weekend. 3) They hosted a high school prom the weekend of our stay and post prom, teenagers had rooms booked in the hotel! That was insane to me, as well as the constant running and screaming they were doing around the halls. 4)Lastly, Sunday morning came around, looking to sleep in from a busy weekend… they were playing music so loudly in the lobby that you could hear it and feel the bass in our second floor room at 8am sharp. What truly saved this review was the kitchen staff. They were all so courteous and pleasant, not like the other staff there. The hotel should really thank them."

"This place has cockraches, worst place I ever stayed in my life. The owners went to knock as if they were rhe police. Very, rude."

"First impression: there's no covered area to pull under to load/unload luggage, the "front" isn't even really marked to identify where it is. Parts of the controls for the elevator were broken and hanging/exposed. Hallways smelled like trash and urine. The door to my room was in poor shape, I was concerned about it even latching. My room was so humid that I left footprints and all the other surfaces were sticky with moisture. There were hairs of varying lengths throughout the bathroom. The curtain over the window was broken and there was a light from the parking lot focused on my window. I honestly couldn't tell if it was daylight or dark outside. Dogs barking, arguments and kids screaming in the hallways throughout the night made sleep impossible. I wonder how many rooms are paid by the hour there. Worst hotel experience of my life, I will not be back."

"This was the worst place I have ever been. There were roaches everywhere, and tons of noise throughout the night. Pick anywhere else. My door was already open and smelled like cigarettes when I got there for the first time after getting my key. "
