We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The hotel was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice variety of options. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, and welcoming. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again!

Conveniently located next to a large mall and walking distance to restaurants and various modes of public transportation. The entrance is rather inconspicuous without the usual foyer or covered luggage / passenger drop off. That was odd and the lobby is quite small. Overall, my two night stay was excellent. The morning of checkout I could hear two women taking loud enough to hear what they were saying starting at 7am. I thought maybe they were in the room next door. When I left the room at 8:30 to go downstairs for breakfast, it turned out that the two women were actually hotel room cleaning staff that were standing outside the room next door. I couldn’t believe that they had been there the whole time talking especially since the property quiet time is until 8am. Aside from that, everything else was fine. One staff in particular was the dining room attendant named Teresa. Teresa was friendly, helpful and a hard worker. She took the time to engage in a polite manner and seemed very happy and enthusiastic about her duties. She put a smile on my face each morning. Kudos to Teresa!!!! She is a gem!

The rooms were very clean. There was ample space for three guests with the dining area and kitchen. Parking was plentiful. Staff at the front desk and at the breakfast provided good customer service. The breakfast sitting area is very small and could get crowded if you went later in the morning to eat.

This was our first time staying here and was surprised at how nice the rooms were. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Only we had an issue was the breakfast that was provided each morning is was kinda limited not much variety, the bacon was good but the eggs were really dry. Even though with this issue we would definitely consider staying here again. Loved how closed everything was within walking distance like great mall and Milpitas bart, the bus and light rail.
