Always a great stay . Just had some crazy family staying above us and couldn't sleep....but had nothing to do with the hotel. This place is awesome 😎

The room was in good condition, amenities were fine. Biggest issue was the location of the room to San Pedro Square. Unless the windows and doors are replaced there is a major noise issue in this unit - every night of the week there is live music, on Thurs-Sat there is music until 2:00am. This is very impactful to sleep

Good stay, clean and secure place. Parking fee wasn’t known prior to stay was a bit of a surprise. Also no bottle water in room was a surprise since always provided at other hotels

It had everything we needed except for a refrigerator and a microwave. Otherwise great place to stay.

The room was decent but not the greatest. The rug could have used some serious cleaning. this place is located in the heart of San Jose. If bars and night life are your thing it’s walking distance including to any bar.
