Very clean and modern. I like the kitchenette in the room; all new appliances. There is a convenient, inexpensive parking lot across the street and a large parking garage next door. The only downside is the lack of restaurants and other amenities in the area. That said, Keys Cafe and Bakery, the historic Fitzgerald Theater, Alary’s BBQ and the state capitol are within walking distance. There are two historic churches around the corner.

We loved how easy it was to check-in and out. Also I loved that I could use my phone or a code to get into the building which made everything feel much safer! The staff were all so nice and welcoming as well!

I did not use the gym, however, I should have used the Laundry room a little earlier (on my floor) I had to go down to the 4th floor -- guest Failed to remove their clothes after washing and drying .. I was a bit inconvenient .. but overall, the stay was perfect 👌

I really liked this hotel. It was a great little boutique style hotel. I really enjoyed the self check-in, digital key style to the property. It had a nice gym in the basement that I was unaware of prior to arrival which was a great bonus. If you're staying in the area for a specific event, this is a great spot!
