"We have been going to this hotel for the past 20 years. It has a great location and the staff is friendly. They have a nice restaurant by the beach, but unfortunately, their buffet is very disappointing. I would prefer not to stay over the weekend because they host events with loud music."

"Rooms are clean. Staff is very attentive. Great Location. Overall property could use some improvements, but I would definitely return. Continental Breakfast was great. FYI….We had a couple of power outages while there, but the generators kicked in fairly quickly."

"This place has everything you need, it's private and quiet, will definitely stay here again but more days. Thanks for everything"

"Increíble estancia, el personal muy amable y la habitación impecable."

"Todo Super bien solo no tuvimos la oportunidad acceso fácil a la playa si van es importante contemplar que si o si necesitan carro para moverse fácilmente todo muy bien en las suite"

"Rooms and property was very clean and spacious, the room we stayed at had the windows next to the hallway in the center of the buildings and was quite loud, there was a guest playing loud music in next to our window I had to go take care of it myself, security was not around, check out was fast"

"What a lovely place to stay-beautiful and comfortable room, incredible service, and convenient location for our stay in San Carlos. We look forward to coming back!"

"it was a nice hotel to stay at"

"Todo en buenas condiciones"

"Very good stay. Fresh towels for the pool and the room was very good size. TV okay and I got a good view just the windows may need to get cleaned more often. Parking plenty but very sunny it will be nice to have some sort of shaded. The pool was great and the service the people how works there were the best very polite and helpful very nice. The best lemonade in town from the bar, I couldn't drink alcohol at the time but if that was the lemonade I am coming back for a cocktail. Btw kids friendly...
