チェックイン時の対応が長過ぎる点で、、、 場所的に長旅で疲れた状況なんで、ダラダラした説明は不快になります。例えば、街の説明はわかり易いしおりがあるから、川沿いの露天風呂以外の説明は必要無かったです。17時にチェックインなのに閉店してるヨーグルト屋さんの紹介をされてもね〜！って感じです。 それと、フロントは清潔感はあるのですが、変な匂いがします。 それと、チェックイン時の部屋の温度、3月前半なのに、エアコンの設定が冷房の22℃！入った瞬間、寒い！ってなりました。そのまま長い説明になり！だったんで、そこも不満に思いました。 温泉などは良かったから、長旅で疲れてるお客様の気持ちになって対応してくれると満足度が高まると思います。

とても清潔感のある施設で、スタッフの対応もきめ細やかで大満足でした。お風呂も内湯は適度な広さで近くて便利でしたし、離れのお風呂は雰囲気もよくゆっくりできました。夕食も朝食も部屋で取れるのも時節柄非常にありがたかったです。

住宿雖然不能與奢華大館相比，但清雅的風格仍不失乾淨、舒服和自在，而食物安排處處可見他們的用心和貼心，温泉旅館住過不少，但暫時只有橋津屋令我有不得不讚的感覺

離三德寺約15分鐘車程

隔音有點差,有兩個風呂,一個在地下室,另一個要走幾分鐘到另一建築物,那個比較好,會安排在房間進食,員工服務好

服務很好

很不幸入住當天下大雨，當車經過門口駛到停車場停泊時就已經有職員提著幾把傘迎接，入到酒店還幫忙抹乾行李，服務態度十分好！酒店位於溫泉街，附近有懷舊娛樂店和特色商店可順道走走。可能是次入住沒有連晚餐，入住當刻已準備好tatami床鋪，可提早休息。

女性に特におすすめ

リノベーションされたばかりで、お部屋も施設全体もきれい。本館だけでなく、離れの露天風呂も風情があっていい。女性は好きな色浴衣が選べるのが嬉しい。朝食は品数が多くて干しカレイがおいしかったです。地酒の飲み比べや、朝と夜に無料のコーヒーサービスもあり気が利いていた。仲居さんもとても親切で快適な滞在になった。いいお湯でまた行きたいお宿。
