"I had 3 days without electricity and I tried to contact the phone number for their maintenance and no one replied. I also asked reception to help me, who were barely there during the day. Once I finally found someone at the office/reception they said they have no idea what to do. They also called the same phone number for maintenance and like for me, no one replied. If you stay here prepare to be left completely on your own if any issue arises. No electricity is border line third world country conditions, and with these prices answering my phone call is the bare minimum. I am very disappointed in my stay here and will never return. If you can, please avoid for your best interest."

"I checked the internet speed before booking this hotel because I had important work to do at night. The website stated that the internet speed was 100 Mbps, but the actual speed was extremely slow, around 0.60 Mbps, which made it impossible for me to do my work.
