"Very friendly staff. I traveled with my 2 daughters and 1 of my friends/their friends daughter…staff was so nice to them sometimes kids are not treated so friendly at places/hotels. Bfast was awesome- tons of choices. Pool was nice. Only a few issues: 1 of the 2 elevators was out of service. So we often had to wait. And in the gulf the buildings are up on risers- so the elevator was a needed item from the get go. Also no spot to pull in and register or drop off luggage/ people in the parking...

"This hotel has become a definite favorite. The location is excellent, service is consistently good and rooms are clean. The bed was comfortable, which was a plus! The AC was noisy however, and the ice machine outside the room was also noisy."

The breakfast was ok, but 4 days of sausage gravy and biscuits or eggs or waffles or cold cereal could have been better with variety. Being in the south, we expected more citrus fruit, but the only offering was crisp apples which were tasty.
