While the desk clerk was friendly & helpful, the condition of this hotel was very poor & run down. The beds/room were tolerable ( tho one bedspread had a cigarette hole & bleach stain), but hallways smelled of smoke & carpet baseboard was falling off the walls. Door also only shut securely when deadbolt was in place. "Breakfast" consisted of one container of Raisin bran cereal w milk in the fridge and bread for toast w PB & jelly. I try not to be highly critical & go with the flow being its just a stop on the way traveling, but this building was just sad.

Still had the Rodeway Inn signage, no front desk attendant, unkept property, rugs were filthy, cockroach infestation. Not very hospitable when they're in the hospitality business. They can do MUCH better, given their good location. I met a couple hunters who were thoroughly frustrated with their reservation because it got messed up and no front desk person to talk to.

Hate to leave bad review, but this place needs a lot of T.L.C. It appears that it changed hands recently and is a work in progress. A lot of work seems to be going on. The guy that checked us in was friendly and polite, even apologetic about the condition of the place. The bed and box spring were broken down, carpet was nasty. Needs a lot of updating before I'd stay there again.

Property needed some major work. Maintenance that had been done was not done professionally. Breakfast was peanut butter toast or cereal. They did have a pot of coffee. However, property was clean and everything worked. Property was in convenient location. We just needed a place to sleep and it worked fine for that purpose.

The young man at the front desk was kind and did his job well. If you are expecting to see what is in the picture you will be disappointed. The room was not clean. The white pillow cases had stains. The television did not work. The desk clerk tried to fix it. I did not feel real safe because of the atmosphere. There was what appeared to be a gun shot hole through one wall that went into the headboard of the bed on the other side of the room. There were only men talking at the front door one in a vehicle one that appeared to be the manager. The clerk would go speak to him in a foreign language while we were sorting out our issues with the room. There were random young men coming in the door with alcohol and one sitting in the lobby. It was very quiet there. If you are going with your family this is not a good place to stay. I do not understand how they are still operating. This needs work, cleaning to look like the picture posted.

We did not like how things went. When we first checked in everything was fine. We checked out the room and my husband checked out the ice machine and it did work. So he went out to get a bag of ice while I stayed at the motel to check on things. I turned on the tv and there was a crack in the screen. So we changed rooms and the tv cable box didn’t work. So they decided to have us switch rooms again. It was about 15 to 20 minutes later and the motel manager still didn’t come back to the room to take us to another room. We were upset and wanted our money back. We had to call Expedia to get our money back and we could only get back $90.00. We did stay because they had given us a room with 2 full-size beds, and the tv actually worked finally. They were also still cleaning rooms at 7 in the evening and in most motels I have been in have coffee maker, ice bucket, cups to drink out of, tissues, and trash cans in the bathroom. This place never had any of this. We will never stay there again.

This property was extremely rundown and dirty. It had broken windows and air conditioners missing from the wall obvious from the exterior. I canceled my reservation immediately. I wouldn’t wish a stay at this location on my worst enemy.
