"The bathroom had black mold in the shower and had a horrible odor. The restaurant was grossly understaffed. Customers were leaving for golf tee times without breakfast after waiting 45+ minutes. Had dinner at restaurant as well and it took 2.5 hours for an average 3 course dinner. Staff again was overwhelmed."

The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. We also loved the location; being so close to the ferry terminal and having such beautiful views over the bay made everything so easy. A huge thank you to the team for such a memorable trip—we will definitely be back"
