โQuick overnight stay at Hotel Portsmouth.
Staff was extremely responsive via text message during our stay. The rooms were comfortable and spacious. Rooms were dark decor but probably this is keeping with colonial period theme decor. Breakfast in morning was nice with fresh fruit - yogurt - oatmeal and pastries. Very walkable to downtown area. โ
โThe accommodation is located in a charming historic building in a great vibrant village-like town. The interior space has a mid mod vibe, and is spacious, and easy to use. Had a nice dinner, as recommended, a nice walk to the waterfront and a nice ice cream. Pretty perfect! โ
โBest vacation spot we have ever been to. The Inn is private, quiet, well designed and cared for.
The garden is glorious and was soothing to our city-weary brains.
We will definitely be returning to Martin Hill Inn. Portsmouth has so much to offer for a relaxing getaway. I recommend staying at least 3 nights.โ
โThis place was right off the highway. It was clean and inviting with it's saltwater outdoor pool, rooms with a personal deck, large shower heads and large Continental breakfast that is included. We had everything we needed. They provided towels for the pool and there was a fridge and microwave in the room. We will definitely stay here again.โ
โDuring my stay, breakfast was not available because of mechanical problem. What they gave is only discount coupon in next restaurant. It's much inconvenient.โ
โIn town for a funeral, got there way too early for check in. Staff at the desk let us check in with an early fee at 3:30 am and we didn't have to check out at 11 then check back in at 4. He was our hero for sure. Thank you Sir โ
