โI made a reservation 8 nights. Between staying, I realized clogged bathtub drain. The hotel changed the room. It was nice. This is a hotel for one day stay.
After check-out, the hotel fee was charged twice. 8 days have passed since check-out, but the problem has not been resolved.
Please cancel the double-charged fee.โ

โwe had an episode in the king bedroom suite at around 3am where the breaker box panel went out.
they couldnโt find the key to open the breaker box. so the night manager ably assigned us a new room, and then the day manager gave us a $40 discount off the room as well as 5k wyndham points.
it was a minor inconvenience that was handled quickly and professionally by the management. โ

โDespite having problems with their water. This motel could have just let us figure it out and took our money. Instead they contacted me until I spoke with them and explained the situation. They offered to cancel the room. But I told them it would be okay. They gave us discounts and I did the pre-check in. When I got there. Everything was waiting for me.
