“It was very cozy and fit all of our needs perfectly”

“Haslem Hotel was very helpful leading up to my trip - responsive to calls and emails. The night of check in, they were there when I arrived late (around 10p) and we're extremely kind. The apartment i rented was EXTREMELY spacious. The downside for me was the cleanliness was not the level I expected from reviews. The bathroom had lost of lime buildup and mildew on the shower, there was a bloodstain on my pillow and dried up ... hot chocolate? I hope? on the rug by the bed, and when I noticed a...

“Hotel staff were lovely and helpful, we had a lovely meal in the river room which was turkey and ham so delicious. Breakfast was great and plenty of choice. Our room was excellent a standard twin with two big double beds, the room was super clean. The fridge was great to keep drinks cool. The staff work so hard and are a credit to the hotel. Really enjoyed our stay. The reception was a lovely smell when you arrive. The only thing which was disappointing was the horrendous smell in the ladies...

“The hotel was fine. We were upgraded on arrival which was nice. Breakfast was adequate but could have had more variety. It was exactly the same offer over all 3 days. The staff were really lovely and friendly. Our second night was very noisy but reception sorted this promptly. The air-conditioning was set so couldn't make it cooler in the room and the bed although comfortable sloped towards the pillows. The walk into the city was pleasant and check in and check out was easy.”

“The check-in Staff were very rude - name was Phoebe - was like she didn't want to work that day. Room was not ready until 15:40 and was dirty - biscuit crumbs over the table and book. The hotel is beautiful but staff and first impressions everything - I would stay at the hotel nearby and just have a drink at Titanic Hotel in the future. I reached out to the...

“I would 1000% go back again! The bathroom was super clean and the rooms were so nice and well decorated!”

“Beautiful hotel, friendly and helpful staff”

“Lovely modern apartment with all mod cons, great private parking and proximity to city centre.”

“Would return. Very friendly staff and great with my young daughter from the moment we stepped through the front door.”

“모든 면에서 만족 스러웠고 특히 1층 식당에서 음식과 맥주를 24시간 먹을 수 있는 게 가장 좋았습니다. ”

“깨끗하고 청결한 호텔.. 특히 욕실이 밝아 너무 좋았습니다..”

“The room was very small and dated. But what the room lacked was made up by the staff. The staff went above and beyond to help us more than once. Would we stay here again? Absolutely!”
