"During our stay there was ongoing construction, and we were woken up as early as 6 a.m. by loud banging noises. On top of that, both the pool and hot tub were out of order, which was very disappointing. The room itself did not feel clean. The floors felt dirty, and the bedding had stains, hair, and crumbs on it, making it seem like the sheets hadn’t been properly washed or changed. The front desk staff was also not friendly or helpful at all. I called down to request housekeeping bring us some coffee and extra towels, and the front desk attendant told me I had to come down to the office to get the coffee myself and take towels from a hallway cabinet. She said if the cabinet was empty, I would have to wait until 10 a.m. when housekeeping refilled it. I’ve never stayed at a motel or hotel where basic items like coffee and towels were completely self-serve. When I asked if housekeeping could bring them up, she said they could bring the towels, but housekeeping never showed up. Between the construction noise, unavailable amenities, lack of cleanliness, and poor customer service, the experience was very frustrating and disappointing"

"We missed the first night of our stay. Although I emailed in advance to let them know, they cancelled our booking. This created a delay at check-in and we ended up with pretty naff rooms. These had no windows facing the outside world but instead had windows overlooking the lobby which was pretty noisy late into the evening and early in the morning. Natural light is always nice to have. It's a very big hotel with kids running around everywhere so not ideal if you're planning a romantic getaway. Quite a trek from the car park and not step-free so lugging cases was a bit of a pain. All very clean though and comfortable beds."

"I had a very disappointing stay and would not recommend this property. The room had multiple cleanliness and maintenance issues that made it uncomfortable and concerning. There was visible mold in the room, including on fixtures, and the hair dryer was filled with dust. Dust buildup was noticeable throughout the space. The room also had a strong odor that smelled like a mix of mildew and bleach, which made it unpleasant to stay in. The headboard had what appeared to be a handprint on it, which raised serious concerns about cleanliness. The toilet seat was peeling and clearly in need of replacement. Additionally, the listing mentioned a fan, but there was no fan in the room at all. To make matters worse, there was loud construction happening in the lobby during my stay, which was disruptive. I attempted to contact staff both via email and through Expedia chat multiple times over my 3-night stay and never received a response. Overall, the lack of cleanliness, missing amenities, and complete lack of communication from staff made this a frustrating experience. I would strongly suggest improvements before others consider booking."
