The hotel room is too small and very simple, the breakfast food is pitiful, I don't know how it is rated as a four-star hotel. The quality is poor and the price is high, not worth it!

The property was clean. To get to the actual lobby was strange. You park in the garage, you take an elevator down to the street level, you walk into the building, take the elevator up to the lobby, about 5 floors or so, check in, then up to you room which for us was 2 floors up. The elevator said floor 2, in reality we were 7 to 8 floors up. In my opinion, this is a safety hazard as you really don't know where in the building you are, which in case of a fire or emergency could be a problem. Their is not much privacy for the restroom as their is no real separation, it is glass doors and open at the top, with no vents. Though the hotel was nice, I would not stay here again unless I was staying solo.

Es un hotel nuevo con muchas deficiencias en la operación. Estacionar mi vehículo casi cada día de mi estancia cambió de procedimiento y la primerva vez primera vez al llegar y la primera vez al salir fue un absoluto caos que me tomó unos 45 min. Del primer al tercer día de mi estancia no hicieron limpieza en mi habtiación y al reportarlo en recepción me indicaron que sí lo tenían anotado como aseado.

Las camas eran comodas. Sin embargo la distribucion del cuarto y como esta ubicado el baño lo hace incomodo, por que vez la regadera desde las camas. El internet no se pudo conectar a los celulares y fallo al principio en la television. No es todo el personal, pero la experiencia del lobby no es lo que uno espera, sientes que te hacen el favor al responderte dudas no te atendian de la manera adecuada. Lo que realmente molesto es que al acudir al desayuno te encuentras lo normal para un desayuno continental. Pero encuentras ollas con guisos y nadie te informa que es cobro extra por consumirlos y no estaban del todo ricos. La señorita que atendio entendio la situacion y no se cobro, pero el proceso lo hace incomodo. Son puntos a mejorar pero personalmente creo no me hospedaria denuevo y por su precio puedes encontrar mejores opciones.

Hotel limpio y buenas instalaciones. Las calles alrededor un poco oscuras pero el ambiente es seguro. A una cuadra estan las oficinas consulares USA por lo que durante la mañana habra gente en los alrededores. El personal amable. Atento, excelente servicio. El menu del restaurante un poco limitado pero todo es fresco, limpio y de buena calidad. Lo recomiendo. Esta cerca de la macroplaza asi quebtienes opciones tanto de museos, restaurantes y area de shopping

Terrible servicio y limpieza

Limpieza y servicio que dejan mucho que desear. Una charola de comida estaba enfrente de mi cuarto desde que llegue y seguia cuando me fui. Teniamos que pedir que hicieran el cuarto varias veces y lo hacian hasta las 6pm. El staff de recepcion y restaurante con caras y mal humor. Mejor elijan cuamquier otro city express u otro hotel

Los baños son semitransparentes y las puertas no cierran, solo se corren. Además de que están casi abriendo la puerta. También son tres elevadores y tienen descuidada la recepción del primer piso, por lo que te pierdes. El estacionamiento también es impractico. Toman tu auto y lo dejan encajonado, además de que no tienen tus llaves rápido.
