"The staff was fantastic and enthusiastically helpful. The room had everything we needed and we made use of the on-site grills. The location was walkable to everything in town and easy access to the west entrance of Yellowstone national park."
"A fun unique stay inside a national park. It enables you to spend more time exploring the geothermal features and beautiful surroundings while less crowded in the evening and early morning."
"Canyon Lodge is one of the best places to stay inside Yellowstone National Park if you plan to explore different areas of the park. Its central location made driving very convenient. We could easily reach Mammoth Hot Springs, Norris Geyser Basin, and Lamar Valley to the north; Grand Prismatic Spring and Old Faithful to the west; and the Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, Mud Volcano, and West Thumb Geyser Basin to the south. Staying inside the park also saved us a lot of time by avoiding the long lines at the park entrances each day.
The nearby restaurants, general store, and gas station were all within easy reach, making our stay very convenient.
The cabin itself was comfortable, although the soundproofing could have been better, and the room rates are quite expensive during peak season. We also noticed an incorrect charge for a plush toy on our final bill, but the hotel staff responded promptly and removed the charge after we contacted them.
Overall, the unbeatable location and convenience made Canyon Lodge an excellent base for exploring Yellowstone, and we would gladly stay here again."
"We enjoyed our stay at the Kelli Inn! It was close to everything in town. You could pretty much walk to the restaurants, coffee shops, and gift shops if you wanted to. It was also close to the west entrance of Yellowstone National Park. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was fantastic! We have three picky kids and they all enjoyed the breakfast options each morning. I like that they changed it up each day as well. It was also nice to have tea, hot chocolate, and coffee available to get anytime in the lobby. The rooms were clean with comfortable beds! We would definitely stay here again!"
"Great place to stay if you’re doing the Yellowstone loop. 5 minutes from the park entrance and plenty of fun tourist shops and the places to eat. Nice pool and great breakfast. Loved the coffee and tea station."
"Nice updated hotel. Comfy bed. Quiet. Front Desk staff and house keeping are friendly and efficient. Wasn't impressed by the breakfast. The Girl running it had no customer service skills. We skipped breakfast the next day. Curious if she spoke English and she definitely didn't like us, for no reason. We smile and welcome anyone we see. Thats the Tennessee way. She needs to go to charm school, or ask for a little kindness to your neighbor."
